Lani grew up in Archie, Missouri where she was inspired by her father who works in construction. She took interest in finding a job in the field - knowing she wanted a job that would push her everyday! After finishing her associates degree and playing softball at Maplewoods, she transferred to UMKC where she is currently studying finance. In her free time, you can find Lani at the gym, enjoying sports or the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Describe your part in the build process.

During the build process, I help keep job sites clean and orderly for our clients, protect and prepare new jobs, and assist the carpenters with anything they need and pick up materials.

Favorite tool? 

The hammer because I get to use it for demo.

What is your favorite kind of project to work on?

I really enjoying working on kitchens - all of the details are so different and unique.
